1. Welcome to the Table
By visiting our café, making a reservation, or settling in for a gaming session, you agree to these house rules. We aim to keep the atmosphere friendly, cosy, and welcoming for everyone who loves a good tabletop adventure.
2. Table Reservations & Cover Charges
To access our expansive library of games, a small cover charge applies per person for a set gaming session.
- Sessions usually last for an agreed duration (often three hours), after which tables may be required for the next group.
- We strongly recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment, especially on weekends.
- If you need to cancel, please let us know as early as possible so another adventuring party can take your spot.
3. Caring for the Library
Our library is meant to be enjoyed by the entire community. We ask that you handle all boxes, cards, and pieces with care. Please keep food and sticky fingers away from the components, and let a team member know immediately if you notice missing pieces or accidental damage. We understand accidents happen, but deliberate damage will require the responsible party to cover replacement costs.
4. Food & Drink Policy
We offer a full menu of tasty treats and beverages to keep your energy up during a long campaign. For this reason, outside food and drinks are not permitted on the premises. We kindly ask that you keep drinks in their provided containers to minimise the risk of spills on the game boards.
5. Conduct & Community Spirit
Our café is an inclusive space. We expect all guests to treat our team and fellow players with respect. Unsportsmanlike conduct, harassment, or excessively loud disruptions that ruin the cosy vibe for others will result in the offending party being asked to pack up and leave.
6. Children & Supervision
Young gamers are always welcome! However, children under the age of 12 must be actively supervised by an adult at all times. Please ensure they understand how to handle the game components gently.
